Birds-of-a-Feather sessions (BoF, formerly called Peer-to-Peer) are a great way to interact with peers tackling a similar challenge or project.

Wednesday at RSAC, I’ll be hosting a peer group on zero trust specifically for mid-size organizations getting started with a zero trust strategy.

BoFs have a facilitator (that’s me) but no presentations. It’s a roundtable format for peers to interact with one another. I’ll keep the conversation moving and make sure we’re staying at least mostly on track with the expected topics.

If you plan on attending the BoF session, feel free to comment with thoughts on topics you’d like to address or email me through the contact form.

To get ready, check out my recent RSA365 session (~40 min) “Applied Zero Trust: Actionable Steps You Can Take Right Now” available on-demand.

BoF: Mid-Size Focus: Getting Started with Zero Trust for Remote & On-Prem Users

Session ID: BOF1-W02
Date: Wednesday, June 8th, 2022
Time: 9:40am Pacific
Location: TBD- Somewhere at or near Moscone, and inevitably the farthest room from wherever I have to be immediately prior :)

Abstract: A focused peer conversation on how mid-size organizations are getting started with zero trust for user-based access. Has zero trust been driven by your board with a long-term strategy, or starting with point projects as needs arise? Where are you in the process and what hurdles have you encountered so far? What’s your biggest burning need or question? We’ll tackle this and more.
